HOW MUCH DOES IT PAY

The bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representative III position pays $13.57 per hour in Puerto Rico. You will also receive an additional health & wellness stipend of $4.23 per hour in lieu of benefits.

WHAT KIND OF JOBS ARE THESE?

We are hiring HUNDREDS of full-time call center jobs taking calls regarding COVID-19. These are fully remote (work from home) contact center jobs starting in January of 2022.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants can be located ANYWHERE in Puerto Rico so long as they meet the following requirements:

• Applicants must be fully bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish

• Applicants must have their own computer running Windows 10 or MacOS 10.14 (or higher.) No Chromebooks or other computer types.

• Applicants must have reliable internet service providing 25Mbps download speeds or greater

  • Applicants must have a wired internet connection to their computer (no wi-fi)

• Applicants must have an available USB port on their computer

  • We will be shipping you a USB headset upon hire

• Applicants must be flexible in schedule - these positions are eight hour days, five days per week, but due to the need for coverage, many people will be required to work evenings and weekends.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?
